As I said in the previous post Lily was born very close to Easter. In fact her first trip to church was on Easter Sunday. Here she is in her “Easter” dress.

Since Lily was born near Easter, I immediately thought of those beautiful Easter Lily’s. While out at Walmart one day I picked up a pink lily in honor of our new little one. Here’s a photo.

We decided to call Lillian Claire “Lily” for short. Lily came home on Sunday, March 18. When we got home Nana and Momma Sue came right over bringing big brother Baker home from Nana’s. Aunt Doris came to see her and so did Dana and Ann Hart. Ann Hart took to Lily immediately.

Lillian Claire made her arrival on Friday, March 16, 2007 at 1:14 pm.

She was 7 pounds 14.8 ounces and was 19 inches long. She has brown hair and dark blue eyes.

She was welcomed home by her BIG brother Baker.
